General Warranty
All Vassago frames are warranted against defects in welds and materials for two years. This is subject to the judgment of Vassago Bicycle Company and applies to the original, registered owner of the frame only.

This warranty is subject to approval by Vassago Bicycle Company, and is only valid for bicycles damaged under normal use. It does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, or improper component set up.

We are fair and resonable people. We will take care of you any way we can, to keep you feeling the Vassago luv. But if you jumped a 10 foot gap, hit the garage door, or used the wrong parts on your bike, we can't be expected to pay for that. Be cool and fair, because we are. :-)

Any Vassago product found to be defective will be replaced by Vassago at no cost to the customer.

International Warranty
Please note, Vassago will extend the warranty to frames outside of the US, in product only. International warranty does not include shipping expenses.

Crash Replacement Policy
Also known as the whatever policy. No need to provide elaborate tale of adventure and mayhem to explain why your Vassago frame is flattened like a pancake and burned with hot magma. It doesn't matter what happened. We will take care of you!

Return your damaged or broken frame and we will give you a new one at 50% off current retail pricing on that model. This is subject to the judgment of Vassago Bicycle Company and applies to the original, registered owner of the frame only. Crash replacement policy is limited to one replacement per owner-registered frame.

Crash replacement policy does not cover titanium frames.

Returns

Vassago offers a No Questions Asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with you Vassago frame, we will refund 100% of your purchase price. Vassago Bicycle Company will allow for the return of frames for thirty days from the date of purchase for all frames in new condition. This return policy is for frames that were not assembled. The original purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for the return of the frame. The return may also be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

Custom powdercoat orders are officially "non-returnable". However, Vassago will address any custom return issues on a case-by-case basis.

Note: Standard return policy does not cover custom powdercoated frames. Custom returns that are agreed on, are subject to an additional 50% return fee.
